It took me a year to finish and finally, I was able to upload this song!

This song is really simple, it’s my first time to use a cahon. This was supposed to be an inspirational song but I dunno if it is to you. Hehe… I was a bit frustrated with this song because I could imagine myself singing it at a higher pitch but I can’t. Haha… I made this song and I think it is timely and related to what is happening in our world today - you know, the political unrest and the calamities we experience everywhere - I think it would be easy for someone to give up.
I don’t wanna be preachy, and I’m not imposing a religion or something, I’m just sharing my thoughts with you. And I want us all to stay strong and get through this.
I’m running out of ideas as to what picture I could use in this song. I just remember that usually, when one is troubled, or feels so low and powerless about the things happening in his life, he would look up to the heavens as if he is thinking that someone up there would look down to him and reach for his hands and help him out of his worries or show him the way. I just took the pictures using a 2.0 mp cellphone camera then edited them in a computer. Now I’m wondering what would be the picture for my next… Haha..
Some of the songs that played in my head were already recorded. Some of them were started earlier than this song but I still need to listen to them and decide whether I would continue to follow and record them so I could upload and share them with you.
At this moment, while I’m writing this blog, I am hearing my next song playing inside my head. I hope I’d be able to finish it soon because it’s really simple, it’s simpler than this one, also an inspirational short song.
